Corrugations/Inch

The more corrugations per inch, the better the bend radius. This prevents the slit from opening and exposing the wires to the environment when flexing and installing harnesses around tight corners.

Depth of Corrugation

Deep corrugations offer better protection through increased abrasion and pinch resistance and also increases flexibility.

Wall Thickness

A heavier wall adds strength to the tubing. This improves the tear, puncture and vibration wear resistance.

Weight of Tubing

Increased depth and a greater number of corrugations, combined with a heavier wall, offer a tubing that provides greater structural strength.
